Tyler Rockafellow
Attorney at Law
Tyler R. Rockafellow, a graduate of Burnet High School, is a licensed Texas attorney who returned to his hometown in 2016 to practice law.
Mr. Rockafellow graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law in Ft. Worth, Texas. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Rockafellow obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Dallas Baptist University. During his time there, Mr. Rockafellow was a member of the DBU Patriots baseball team that qualified for the NCAA Regional Championship hosted at Baylor University.
While in law school, Mr. Rockafellow accepted a summer clerkship position at the Texas State Capitol with Senator Charles Perry. The following summer, he accepted a summer position with Texas Christian University’s legal team that focused on their athletic programs compliance matters.
In 2017, Mr. Rockafellow became a partner of Henson & Rockafellow, PLLC. Since becoming a partner, Mr. Rockafellow has drafted and overseen the closing of thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Rockafellow is also an owner of Attorney’s Abstract & Title Company. Mr. Rockafellow practices in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, and business formations.
In 2023, Mr. Rockafellow founded The Rockafellow Law Firm, PLLC after his former law partner, Cody Henson, was elected as Judge of the Burnet County Court at Law.
Mr. Rockafellow has served his community as a board member of the Burnet Chamber of Commerce and as general counsel for the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors. In his free time, Tyler enjoys time with his wife, Tara, and their sons, Bowen and Nash. He is also an avid golfer and loves spending time on Inks Lake.

Kerri Jones
Legal Assistant
Kerri happily joins our staff with over 28 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, specializing in the preparation of real estate loan documents. After working in Austin all those 28 years, she decided it was time to work closer to home in the beautiful Hill Country of Burnet. She thoroughly enjoys her line of work, particularly working alongside her clients who are genuinely good people. Kerri and her husband have one daughter and one son - both are Burnet High School graduates.
Elizabeth “Liz” Hubbard
Legal Assistant
Liz has worked for the law office since 2019. She has assisted in over 200 probates, an extensive amount of Estate Planning, as well as numerous other legal issues. Liz is very detailed oriented and loves helping others.
Liz married her high school sweetheart in 1992 and they have 2 children. Her daughter graduated from Burnet High School in 2017 and her son graduated from Liberty Hill in 2012.
In her free time, she helps her husband with their trucking company and assists with several fundraisers through The Eastern Stars and the Masons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, bay fishing, and looking for new challenges.
